Winamp Cddb
A new version of Winamp was released today. Winamp is a media player for windows, and is fast approaching version 3- you can get beta '3' from winamp.com.
The new version has OGG support.
Changes in Current Version:
Loss of the Gracenote functionality breaks CDDB lookups, Auto-Tagger and Playlist Generator; Removed Auto-tagger (mlautotag.dll) plug-in; Removed Playlist Generator (mlplg.dll) plug-in It may still work for some users with an existing local plg database, but for most it will not even be able to initialise; Removed Winamp Detector browser plug-ins. Insert a CD that has tracks you want to transfer to your computer hard drive. Open the View menu in the Winamp main window and click Media Library. On the left side of the Media Library, click on your CD drive within the Rip & Burn list. You may have to double-click Rip & Burn to see your list of CD/DVD drives.
